Guides

Sangam gives you two ways to type. Here is what each key does.

Every language in Sangam has a native script keyboard, laid out from InScript. Four of them also have an Anjal keyboard, which lets you type the script using a qwerty layout and English letters.

The pages below list what each keystroke produces. They are the same guides that ship inside the app, so you can read them here before installing — or link someone straight to the answer.

Six scripts are documented, covering nine of the fourteen languages. Assamese, Bengali, Gujarati, Odia and Sinhala keyboards work the same way — their keymap pages are still to be written.
